The terms and condition listed below set forth the terms between AdikWaP and the USERS for any service, features, games and events provided by this site.

ACCOUNTS:
1. Use decent username. Usernames that are found unpleasant will be deleted with no notice.
2. Cloning of username �by definition, is the act of creating similar, identical or exact copy of username- is prohibited specially when used inappropriately.
3. Hacking and/or manipulating accounts other than your own without permission is prohibited.

CHATROOMS:
1. Flooding or INTENTIONALLY posting a chat repetitively is not allowed.
2. No phornographic conversation in the chatroom will be tolerated unless the room was specified with adult content and in private or locked.
3. Please be certain in making room names. Room names that are unpleasing to the eyes will be deleted with no notice.

FORUMS:
1. Flooding in any way is prohibited.
2. Make sure that your topic is posted in the correct category; otherwise, your topic will be moved to trashed forums or deleted with no notice.
3. Making topics that may harm or destroy other's reputation and well-being is not allowed. Also, posting personal information about other users without permission is prohibited.
4. Reporting violators in the forums is everybody�s responsibility.

DOWNLOADS:
1. Upload files in the correct category and avoid uploading the same files.
2. File description is important so as to give users a hint on what they are about to download. Also, please be certain on naming your files.
3. No insulting comments on any files will be condoned.
4. Avoid uploading personal videos, images and other forms , of other users unless given permission to do so.

SHOUTBOX and INBOX:
1. Avoid chatting on the shoutbox. The use of shoutbox is essential to announce or advertise important matters.
2. Club advert in the shoutbox is prohibited.
3. No publication of inbox conversation without permission.
4. Reports on inbox abuses may be attended to or given appropriate actions with or without warning.

TRADING OF Points, GPoints AND VIP STATUS
1. Trading of Moko GPoints, Points and vip status is not prohibited unless done properly.
2. Avoid scamming. To avoid being scammed purchase on staff members.
3. Overpricing is not allowed.

DESCIPLINE:
1. Respect yourself, other members of this site and the AUTHORITIES. Arguing with the Staffs with or without valid reason using insulting words will NEVER be tolerated.
2. Advertisement of other wap site is strictly prohibited.
3. Pretension, disguise and or acting as other user and/or person is not allowed.
4. Suggestions and complaints will be attended only when an acceptable point has been made. Staffs are not obliged to respond to all PMs unless important.
5. Requests are subject to proper screening before vouchsafe.
6. Observe good manners and right conduct at all times.

VIOLATORS WILL RECEIVE WARNING AT FIRST OFFENSE UNLESS SPECIFIED NOT. WHEN NO ACTIONS WERE DONE TO DEFEND OR CORRECT SUCH ACTIVITY AND/OR CONTINUITION OF VIOLATION, PENALTIES WILL BE APPLIED. TRANSGRESSION PENALTIES MAY INCLUDE ROLLING BACK OF GOLDCHIPS AND CHIPS TO ZERO, ROLLING BACK CHATPOINTS AND FORUM POINTS, ACCOUNT DEFAULTATION, BAN OR DELETION OF ACCOUNTS ACCORDING TO THE WEIGHT OF VIOLATION AND/OR ACCOMPLICES.
